Transit of Saturn in Pisces Sign from March 2025

Saturn Transit in Pisces from Mar, 2025 to June, 2027 and then from Oct, 2027 to Feb, 2028.

THE TRANSIT of all transits is about to happen. Saturn will enter into Pisces from its current position of Aquarius on 29th March, 2025 where it will remain till 3rd June, 2027. Then Saturn will go in Aries for about 4 months (June to Oct, 2027) and then return to Pisces from 20th Oct, 2027 to stay there till 23rd Feb, 2028.

In every sign, Saturn transits for about 2.5 years. It is the longest duration of transit among all visible planets. Hence, Saturn MD/AD and transits are known to bring the biggest changes in life. We all can go back in our memories to verify this fact. Like, in my case, my 1st career change came when I had Saturn Return. During my last Saturn AD, I started studying astrology seriously. Then, as I am Scorpio Ascendant, transit of Saturn in Scorpio from Nov, 2014 made me realize my life path (ascendant) in astrology. So, always pay more attention at Saturn during Dashas and Transits.

Now, there are planets which have bigger transits like Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. Their transits in a sign take from 7 years up to 21 years, but as they are invisible planets, they are not used to see the predictions of visible events like Relationship, Child Birth etc. It means they can be utilized to see the invisible events like Spiritual Awakening, Destruction of Ego and realizing your true self. As these are events which happen internally and not visible to world, they can be seen and predicted from position and transits of invisible planets like Uranus, Neptune and Pluto.

Anyways, Saturn is known to bring major changes in life, but it only brings change when you are on wrong path to bring you back to right path. Two examples I can give here. Shri Sachin Tendulkar must have gone through a few Saturn ADs and all important Saturn transits over his Ascendant, Moon, Sun, Saturn Return and 10th house, but it never changed his life path of being a sports person because he was on right life path. Another example, Shri Amitabh Bachchan changed his career twice; i.e. 1st in 1984 when he tried to be a politician and then in 1995 when he tried to be a businessman. During the same Saturn transits, in which he tried to change his career, he was forced back by Saturn to movies as it was his right life path. So, we can say that Saturn brings change in life path and career only when you are on wrong path. So, the best thing you can do during any Saturn Dasha/Transits, especially over Ascendant, Sun, Moon, Saturn Return, 10th house etc, is not to resist. Just be ready to change as Saturn wants you to change and let’s see where Saturn leads you finally. It’s not that by resisting change, you will be able to make any difference but it is just that by not resisting, transformation will be easy. Saturn’s current transit in Aquarius – First of all, we should check if Saturn’s current transit in Aquarius ( https://www.astrosaxena.com/articles/SatTrAqua2223  and https://www.astrosaxena.com/SatTrAqua2223-2 ) has given us results in last 2.5 years or not because if we got results of Saturn’s transit in Aquarius then we will also be getting results of Saturn in Pisces transit. If we look at last couple of years’ developments globally then we all would accept that Alternate Intelligence (AI) has made huge in-roads in our lives. This is very much Saturn in Aquarius result. As Saturn’s results are always for long duration, we all know that AI is here for a very long time. Just like any other technology, it has its advantages and drawbacks and it largely depends on who is using AI for what purposes? As Osho says that before developing technology, you must develop your consciousness as that would only decide good/bad use of technology. Time from 2022 was also post-pandemic time when life started coming back to normalcy. At personal level, Saturn was transiting my 4th house and it is interesting that throughout this transit my whole life got limited into one room of our home. So, we can say that Saturn in Aquarius transit really made an impact on human life. Hence, it is all necessary to know the results of and proactively prepare for Saturn in Pisces transit.

Saturn - Saturn is all that which we don't like in our life. Saturn is Delay, Frustration, Restriction, Limitation and Anxiety. It is Delay, Perseverance, Hard-work and Labour. It is people of Authority, like Boss at your work place or Father at home. Saturn is our challenges and biggest lessons of life. Saturn is Old-age, Teeth/Bones in human body, Diseases, Transformation etc. Saturn is Discipline, Organisation, Structure, Government, Law & Order etc.

Pisces - As Pisces is the 12th sign of zodiac belt, it represents the same energy and things which are represented by 12th house such as Isolated Places, Spirituality, Imagination, Other Dimension or Other World etc. Besides these things, it also represents your Hidden Talents, Ability to work in background, Spiritual Self etc. Pisces is consisted of last 2 and half nakshatra, i.e. Purva-Bhadrapada, Uttara-Bhadrapada & Revati. Pisces' lord is Jupiter.

Saturn in Pisces and understanding Saturn – Saturn will be in neutral sign in Pisces. Hence dignity-wise theoretically, it is OK here. But the biggest mistake we can do in interpreting Saturn is to attach “good or beneficial” word while interpreting Saturn. This is one of the biggest confusion and kind of dream given by astrologers to people. As Saturn represents challenges, changes and difficulties on its “OWN”, it will represent same things in any house, any sign or any chart. Best way to understand Saturn is to understand it as polar opposite of Venus. Venus represents our conveniences. So, Saturn will represent our inconveniences. Just like, Venus is beneficial in any house, any sign or in any chart (at least in matters of non-living significance), likewise, Saturn will be malefic and bring misery in any house, any sign or in any chart. Another way to understand Saturn is through mythology where Saturn was discarded by father-mother and unloved by siblings. Now, you can give to others what you have. As Saturn only received suffering from others, it can give only suffering to others. In a way, it is easiest to interpret Saturn because its results are always going to bring challenges, difficulties and hardships to people. In signs like Aries, Cancer, Leo and Scorpio, it can become more challenging but it can never become less challenging or convenient for us. At the same time, Saturn is the only one planet which wants us to become perfect and legend in our field. Saturn represents repetitive efforts and perseverance. So, it wants us to pick one work and do it so repetitively over the longest period of time that we should become perfect at it. This is the only benefit of Saturn that it has the potential to make us legend. Last but not the least, another illusion spread is that Saturn matures at 35 and it becomes mild after that. Well, Saturn is already matured as it is in sky for God knows how many years, it is just that we become matured after 35 and start understanding and co-operating with Saturn energy in a better way. • As Saturn represents changes and Pisces is Spirituality, we can see that people may change their spiritual values or belief system during this transit.
• As Saturn is most malefic energy, in Pisces sign, it can also represent that people can become adamant or rigid about their spiritual belief system.
• As Pisces is sign of imagination and creativity, it shows that people can work hard on their creative interests. We can see lots of people pursuing creative side of career.
• A contradictory theme which is emerging is Saturn represents Reality and Pisces is the sign of Utopia/Dream World. So, we can say that we will be hit by reality in the areas of life where we can be dreamy about. This transit can bring scenarios of reality checks in our lives.

Transit Period – As I said, Saturn will enter into Pisces from its current position of Aquarius on 29th March, 2025 where it will remain till 3rd June, 2027. Then Saturn will go in Aries for about 4 months (June to Oct, 2027) and then return to Pisces from 20th Oct, 2027 to stay there till 23rd Feb, 2028. Like this, Saturn will complete its about 2.5 years transit in Pisces on 23rd Feb, 2028.

Saturn Retrograde – During these 3 years, Saturn will retrograde 3 times. These are –

• July, 2025 to Nov, 2025.
• July, 2026 to Dec, 2026.
• Aug, 2027 to Dec, 2027.

As Saturn represents our duties and commitments in this world, when Saturn retrogrades, we tend to reflect back on our duties and commitments. These will be the time period when we will question our work and commitment in life. Again, if we are on wrong path, we can switch back to the right path but if we are on right path, we will continue on it with more perseverance. Also, as retrograde planets are closer to Earth, we will see these results of Saturn with higher intensity. Retrogrades are actually time during the year when we are forced to take actions over things which we were neglecting/ignoring over long period of time.

Saturn Return – People born between Feb 16, 1996 – April, 1998 will go through their Saturn Return ( http://astrosaxena.com/satreturn ). Likewise, people who are around 58-60 years of age and 88-90 years of age will have their 2nd and 3rd Saturn Return respectively.

Benefic Transit – More or less every Saturn transit brings stress and changes related to the sign and house involved. Hence, it will bring some new knowledge, talent, skills or some new person to these people which can be nurtured, and with time, people can take benefit out of it, Like, I started learning Astrology when Saturn was in Libra, 6th house from my birth Moon sign Taurus. I could somehow understand it and could cling on to it, which helped me during all future Saturn’s transits after that. Other important transits – Besides these, if Saturn is transiting over Ascendant, i.e. if you are Pisces Ascendant, or Saturn is transiting over Sun then it is equally important transit.

Houses – Now, Saturn will transit in Pisces but for every ascendant Saturn rules different houses and hence takes shape of planet ruling a different area of life. Like, for Aries Ascendant, Saturn rules 10th house (Capricorn) & 11th house (Aquarius), hence Saturn is Career & Income related planet for Aries people but for Cancer Ascendant, Saturn rules 7th house (Capricorn) and 8th house (Aquarius), so it becomes a relationship centric planet for Cancer Ascendant. • 3rd house – As 3rd house is house of Efforts and Actions, Saturn’s 3rd aspect shows where we need to put extra effort and take actions as per birth chart or during a transit like this, as the case may be. It will go on the house where Taurus sign falls in chart.
• 7th house – Saturn’s 7th aspect as per the birth chart or during transit, as the case may be, shows where we feel that we have got limited results and we need to show patience and perseverance to get its results. It will go on the house where Virgo sign falls in chart.
• 10th house – As 10th house relates to Duties and Responsibilities, Saturn’s 10th aspect shows where we need to perform our duties and responsibilities as per birth chart or during a transit, as the case may be. It will go on the house where Sagittarius sign falls in chart.

Dashas – As Saturn’s transit is 2.5 years long, it really doesn’t matter whether you are under Saturn Dasha or not. Saturn will catch you at any time during this period, but yes if someone is under Saturn dasha then things will be much more intense.

Nakshatra – During this transit, Saturn will transit over all 3 nakshatras of Pisces, i.e. Purva Bhadrapada, Uttara Bhadrapada and Revati. Saturn will be putting its limitation, delay and hard work factor over the things represented by these nakshatras.

Planet in Pisces – Now, if someone has planet in Pisces in birth chart then results related to that planet will also be seen during this transit as Saturn will be going back and forth over that planet. Spendthrift nature must be avoided at any cost else they can even face lack of wealth during this transit. There can be stress in family setup, may be due to some illness or lack of resources. Overall, focus will be Family and Wealth. As Saturn will be 8th from 7th house, their relationship life may go through a change or instability. They can go away from their family. Spirituality can help them dealing with stress in family and finance. Illusions around 2nd house related matters can face reality.

Pisces Ascendant or Pisces Moon Sign – For Pisces people, Saturn rules 11th house of Gains, Desires and Income & 12th house of Foreign Lands, Spirituality, Losses and Closures. Saturn will be transiting in 1st house of Self & Life Path. Nothing more to say than transformation in Life Path if you are on wrong life path. Focus will be lost from all areas of life and will be centred at Self. They would want to know why they are here in this world and what is their true life path? As Saturn directly aspects 7th house of relations, it shows clear stress in relationships and partners would have to show realistic and practical nature to sustain relation. As such, their focus will again revert back from relation to themselves. They would like to travel far and away from place of birth and it is a big possibility that by the time Saturn leaves Pisces in 2027, they, their life, life path and career, all will be changed as they will find their true life path. A really good awakening transit for them. At the same time, they need to take care of wealth and health related matters. Illusions around overall life related matters can face reality.

"So story is about a King who was visited by a Sage. Sage gave him 2 clay idols and said that your Kingdom would have to face a war within a week of the day any of these idols get broken. King gave those 2 idols to his best servant and told him to take best care. One day while cleaning the idols, one of them had fallen and got broken. King was informed. King was furious and ordered the servant to be imprisoned. He said that if war takes place within a week then he is going to hang the servant.

As predicted, a neighboring Kingdom attacked this Kingdom within a week. The King ordered the hanging of servant but asked him any last wish he had. Servant said that he wants to break the 2nd idol too because 1 fine day that idol will get broken by someone else and you will hang that person too.

Servant replied that basically you didn't understand the Sage himself. Sage wanted to say that the day idol gets broken, you must start preparing for war. It is not that war is happening because of breaking of idol. Breaking of idol was an indication that someone is preparing to attack you, so you must begin your preparation".

And this is what astrology is all about. Your upcoming dasha or transit is only indicating you towards start working in a particular area of life before it gets completely screwed. Like being a Scorpio ascendant, Saturn was transiting 2nd house of wealth for me between 2017 to 2020 and this awareness made me to arrange my finances in a better way in these years. As I was prepared, this transit has not impacted me much but if I had been spendthrift in last 2 years or mismanaged my money then I would have had issues now.

So, this is the whole purpose of astrology, to make you aware, prepared and pro-active for upcoming times of life, either good or bad.
