Just thought of making this posts regarding relationships and how they are going in the present day and age. Relationships are never easy and apart from various other reasons, one reason behind the present state of mess in relations is that for many of us, it is still a bollywood romantic movie rather than being a great life-long responsibility. When after getting into relation this illusion breaks and people face the responsibility side of relations, it goes to hurt badly.
As I said, relationships are tough and one of the easiest way by which I can explain is the Lordship of 1st and 7th house in horoscope. So, if we see closely, from many houses of horoscope, 1st house/Ascendant is house of yourself and 7th house is the house of spouse. Now, if we dig little deeper, for every ascendant, the 7th house is ruled by a planet which is not friendly to Ascendant Lord.
Here it is -
Aries Ascendant - 7th house is Libra. Aries is ruled by Mars and Libra is ruled by Venus. Mars and Venus are not friendly to each other.
Taurus Ascendant - 7th house is Scorpio. Scorpio is ruled by Mars and Taurus is ruled by Venus. Again, Mars and Venus are not friendly to each other.
Gemini Ascendant - 7th house is Sagittarius. Gemini is ruled by Mercury and Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter. Mercury and Jupiter are not friendly to each other.
Cancer Ascendant - 7th house is Capricorn. Cancer is ruled by Moon and Capricorn is ruled by Saturn. Moon and Saturn are not friendly to each other.
Leo Ascendant - 7th house is Aquarius. Leo is ruled by Sun and Aquarius is ruled by Saturn. Sun and Saturn are not friendly to each other.
Virgo Ascendant - 7th house is Pisces. Virgo is ruled by Mercury and Pisces is ruled by Jupiter. Mercury and Jupiter are not friendly to each other.
From Libra Ascendant onwards, same planets take reverse roles. So, it is clear that a person and his spouse is always ruled by planets who are not friendly. This makes relations more a challenge and adjustment a necessity. Does it mean that we go on adjusting for everything? Nope. There has to be a tight rope between 1st house of self and 7th house of spouse. We have to remember that we need to adjust with spouse without losing our individuality (self). And the moment this rope becomes lose, means one person is making too many adjustment for other and you know that you are on wrong path.
As one of my Guru said in one of his videos, in relationship, there are two individuals. One is husband and other is wife. Now, after marriage, their individual ego should take the back seat and they should try to look after the things which they create between themselves, that is relation of marriage and children. They both should work to protect this relation rather than their own egos.
