Ketu in 12th house/Ketu in Twelfth House.
So finally, Ketu has found its resting place in 12th house. Today, Ketu in 12th house. With this, we also have come to the end of our planets through houses series.
So, lets see what Ketu can do in 12th house without any conjunction or aspect from any other planet. 1st lets see what these 2 things represent -
Just like Rahu, Ketu also represents illusion as both are illusionary planets but the difference is that Ketu is also the one who removes the illusion and brings enlightenment. Besides this, Ketu represents isolation, separation, spirituality,mystical world, other dimension means things related to alien world, also represents Son, Dog, Intuition, research ability, curious nature, things which we have already achieved in past life and not much concerned to perform in this life.
12th house is house of Losses, Expenses, Isolated Places, Spirituality, Foreign Lands, Foreign Companies, Imagination, Sub-Concious Mind, Charity, Donation, Asylums, Jails, Hospitals, Hidden Talent and Secrets of Other World etc.
One thing to always keep in mind with 12th house is that it basically remains the house of losses. So, whichever planet goes in 12th house, even exalted, is in the bucket of losses. Now, to gain out of any such planet, you need to put double effort in things related with that planet.
Aspect-wise, in Vedic Astrology, Ketu has 5th and 9th house aspect. He is unable to impact 7th house from its place as Rahu is sitting there, which is the other axis of Ketu and represents all those things which are non-Ketu. Although Ketu represents isolation and separation, but interestingly its aspects never isolate and separate a person from the things represented by house it is aspecting. Ketu only makes a person curious and research oriented and motivates a person to research about it.
Although Ketu is spirituality and 12th house is spirituality but as per the nature of Ketu, it feels isolated/separated from various spiritual pursuits or beliefs of people. They feel spiritual but when they see all the practices going on in society regarding spirituality, they feel isolated from that. So, these people find it difficult to find true spirituality at early stages of life. But once they enter into 30s and mid 30s, this is when they realize their true spiritual self and may be develop their own way of treading a spiritual path. No doubt these people are highly spiritual and a career in spirituality is very much on but they find that path in later half of life. They always have their own spiritual views which are hard to understand. They can have differences from Gurus. They may not like in foreign lands much.
From 12th house, Ketu aspects the 4th house of mother, home, home environment and peace of mind & 8th house of secrecy and mysteries and these people dig deep into the mysteries of world and occult science. As all moksha houses are involved, this is another position of Ketu which is about spiritual progress rather than anything else.
