Transit of Mars in Pisces, 2024

So, Mars is all set for its next transit of about 40 days in the sign of Pisces. This transit will take place from 23rd April, 2024 to 1st June, 2024. So, here are some results we can expect during this direct transit of Mars in Pisces –

• First of all, Mars will be in friendly sign in Pisces. So, dignity-wise, we have a strong Mars in our support. Again, as Mars represents actions and efforts, a dignified Mars only shows that we are motivated to take right actions. Mars in Pisces will inspire us to be dignified in our actions and efforts.

• Pisces is all about imagination, spirituality and creative pursuits. So, Mars transit in Pisces will make us inclined to put our actions in the field of spirituality and imagination. We can follow our creative interests or imagination with higher intensity.

• Mars is a Warrior and Pisces is Spirituality. So, this combination creates a spiritual warrior. This position in birth chart or in transit can make someone go towards Physical Exercise/Gymnasium, Meditation, Yoga or Martial Arts etc. Any activity where Spirituality and Physical Actions are combined can be seen as action of Mars in Pisces.

• An important thing here is that Mars will create a Stellium by joining Rahu-Mercury-Venus in Pisces. Although Venus will leave Pisces in couple of days but Rahu-Mars-Mercury will stay together till 10th May and then Rahu-Mars will be together till Mars leaves Pisces. This means the house where Pisces falls in our chart, we will be feeling lots of focus and attention there and our actions can be directed towards that house related things or people.

• Rahu-Mars together create Angarak Yoga which brings fiery results. In Pisces sign ruled by Jupiter, we can see people having fiery behavior in matters of so-called religion/spirituality and their belief systems.

• Mercury’s presence there also doesn’t help a lot as Mars-Mercury are enemies to each other and it can lead to aggressive fights and communications as Mercury is debilitated in Pisces which indicates that communications can become aggressive or can be misunderstood.

• Again, Pisces is ruled by Jupiter and a major shift will happen when Jupiter will move towards Taurus from Aries on 1st May, 2024. So, till 1st May, we can expect better results of Mars transit as Jupiter will be in friendly sign but after that Mars-Rahu-Mercury in Pisces can give frustrating results as Jupiter will move in enemy sign Taurus.

• Then in whichever house Mars is transiting in your chart, you can find yourself more active or energetic in things related to that house. Like for me, it is transiting 5th house/Pisces, so I can be more involved with my creative work and counselling. Also, the people related with the house would feel that you are being dominating towards them during this transit. Like for Virgo ascendant people, Mars is transiting 7th house/Pisces and they can assert the aggression, dominance and control over their partner. Again, it is not a good trait to be controlling of others which is nothing but a sign of your own insecurities. So, we need to avoid any such situation.

• As Mars represents bloodshed, injury, accidents and surgeries too, one should be careful against these events during this transit especially if Mars is transiting through houses, 1st house, 3rd house or 4th house. In 1st house, person can feel more aggressive and may need to divert his anger and aggression in Physical activities.

• Again, the choice is with us. Pisces is sign of creativity, spirituality, imagination etc. and at the same time, it represents dreamy approach, laid back attitude etc. So, with Rahu-Mars-Mercury in Pisces, we can either try to be creative and spiritual or we can try to be dominating others through our spiritual arrogance or we can be having laid back utopian approach towards life. We can choose whatever we like to.

Then there are a few joint impacts created by Mars’s transit in Pisces which are as follows –

• As discussed, Mars will create a Stellium with Rahu-Mercury-Venus in Pisces. So, whichever house Pisces falls in your chart, focus can shift there. We can be putting lots of actions/efforts in that house related things or people.

• This also means that opposite sign Virgo will also become important to us as Mars-Mercury and Jupiter from Taurus post-1st May, all will aspect Virgo. It means that we can be equally busy or focused with things or people related with the house where Virgo falls in chart.

• As Ketu is also present in Virgo, Mars-Mercury-Jupiter aspect bring further focus on the house where Virgo falls in chart. Mars-Ketu energy exchange can bring some sudden events to the house related things/people in life.

• Mars in Pisces will aspect Gemini with 4th aspect. This can create lots of stress, anger and frustration in house where Gemini is falling in chart as Mars is Fiery and Gemini is sign of communication which can make people to exhibit their anger through communication. Again, anger and frustration need to be redirected to positive activities with awareness.

• But where I think that we need to be most careful is with Mars’ 8th aspect which is naturally most troublesome as it carries 8th house energy of sudden events and moreover, it is going on Libra. So, wherever Libra falls in your chart, you can expect some sudden events and changes coming in that area of life. This doesn’t necessarily mean that it will be a negative event. In spiritual matters, it can also bring sudden awakening or any spiritual experience.
