CS - Rohini - Anuradha - Jyeshtha

Rohini – Rohini Nakshatra is from 10.00 degree of Taurus to 23.20 degree of Taurus. It is nakshatra of growing, moving forward and being ambitious. It is a nakshatra of business people. Anuradha - Anuradha Nakshatra is from 3.20 degree of Scorpio to 16.40 degree of Scorpio. So, Anuradha Nakshatra is in front of Rohini Nakshatra from 10.00 degree to 16.40 degree of Scorpio. It is a nakshatra of following heart's desires or being devotional about something or someone. It is also related with mystical side of life. Jyeshtha - Jyeshtha Nakshatra is from 16.40 degree of Scorpio to 30.00 degree of Scorpio. So, Jyeshtha Nakshatra is in front of Rohini Nakshatra from 16.40 degree to 23.20 degree of Scorpio. It is a nakshatra of feeling better or higher than others. It represents orderly and justifiable people. It is the most closely connected nakshatra with occult and mystic. As we have always seen that mythological stories always play an important role in interpretation of Nakshatras, so it will be worthy to reproduce the mythological stories of Rohini Nakshatra and Jyeshtha Nakshatra here. Although, Anuradha Nakshatras doesn’t have any direct mythological story but it is connected with devotional love of Radha and Krishna. Mythological Story – There are 2 stories connected with Rohini and Jyeshtha Nakshatras which speak a lot about nature of these nakshatra -

• Rohini Nakshatra - There is a story where Rohini is daughter of Lord Brahma and she was the most beautiful celestial lady. Now, when Lord Brahma thought of creating Universe and life here, he wanted to create people as beautiful as Rohini. For that to happen, there was only one way possible that Lord Brahma has incest with Rohini. Although Brahma tried to do that but was stopped in his actions by Lord Shiva which we will again see in story of Ardra Nakshatra.
• Now, as this story looks very immoral or controversial type of, there are various interpretations to it. Some say that when Brahma wanted to create people as beautiful as Rohini then there was only one way that Brahma has to have sex with Rohini and then only such beautiful people can be created. Hence, Brahma tried to have incest with Rohini. Osho Rajneesh says that whole story is symbolic and the symbolism or message here is that if you are creative and have a desire to create something beautiful then you should go any limit to follow those creative pursuits. • Jyeshtha Nakshatra - Jyeshta's mythological story is most interesting and in a way, it represents all the traits or characteristics of Jyeshta Nakshatra. So, in introductory article for Nakshatra series (https://www.astrosaxena.com/intronaksh), we have seen that all these 27 nakshatras are nothing but 27 sisters. The eldest among them is Jyeshta. Now, Moon was married to all these sisters but he had special affection towards Rohini. So, Moon used to spend more time with Rohini and used to ignore other wives of his. This made all other sisters feel neglected and jealous of Rohini. They all went to the eldest among them, i.e. Jyeshta to complain about it. Jyeshta then laid down the rules and regulations for Moon that as a husband, he is supposed to spend same time with all his wives. Hence, Jyeshta allotted one day for Moon to spend with one wife. That's why, Moon transits in 1 nakshatra in 1 day. Now, this story has all the traits of Jyeshta which we will further see..

Anuradha – Anuradha Nakshatras is about devotional love of Radha and Krishna. Anuradha simply means Following Radha. So, Anuradha represent Trust and Devotion which Radha and Krishna had towards each other.

Now, we can understand these counterparts in two areas of life; i.e. Work and Relationship.

Work – Rohini Nakshatra is all about creation and creating something new in life. This is where Brahma created Universe and wanted to create human beings as beautiful as Rohini.

Now, Nakshatras in front of Rohini are Anuradha and Jyeshtha. Anuradha is about following your heart’s desire and Jyeshtha is about gaining the authority & high status.

So, in a nutshell it means that if you are a creative person and has some creative interest and passion (Rohini) then nothing should stop you at any cost (Chariot – representation of Rohini). You must follow your heart’s desire (Anuradha) under any situation and then only you can reach the high authority and recognition (Jyeshtha) in your career.

Relationship – In relationship matters, this axis of Rohini-Anuradha-Jyeshtha shows justifiability in relationship. Moon had got married to 27 women and now he cannot neglect all other wives in order to fulfil his desires with Rohini.

So, in relationship matters, this axis of Rohini-Anuradha-Jyeshtha shows that we should be devoted to the commitments given in relationship and then be justifiable towards all responsibilities of relationship.

Moon had given commitment to 27 women but then he was not justified in being with Rohini alone.

Conclusion – So, this axis of Rohini-Anuradha-Jyeshtha shows that first of all we should realize our desire or passion (Rohini). Then we should follow that heart’s desire with devotion & commitment (Anuradha) and then we can get the results of high authority & recognition (Jyeshtha).
