Let’s take a look at those things which matter here –
Sun - Sun represents Personality, King, Government, Father, Authority, Career, Top Positions, Ego, Self Esteem, Health, Education etc.
For Scorpio Ascendant people, Sun rules the 10th house of chart with its sign Leo. So, let’s look at 10th house and Leo too.
10th house - It represents things like Government, Father, Authority, Fame etc. Here, Authority should not be understood in literal sense, like someone got a Government job or became a Manager or CEO of a Firm. Here Authority means doing any work with complete perfection and your opinion matters when comes to making any decision related to that work, so even a good Hacker can be a person of authority as he is master of that particular work.
Leo - Leo is 5th sign of zodiac belt, hence it represents the things associated with 5th house of horoscope like Love, Creativity, Arts, Being on Stage etc. Besides that, Leo is basically the Lion. This is the sign of feeling like King or Queen. Also, it is a sign of independence, Confidence, Ego, Self Esteem etc. Leo's lord is Sun.
What will Sun do in Aspect? – Now, Sun can be sitting in any house of chart for a Scorpio Ascendant person. 1st of all, Sun will take the energy of house of chart, it rules with Leo sign, and take it to the house where it sits. Then from the house it sits, it will throw its aspect on the 7th house from its place. As Sun represents Ego and Authority, Sun’s aspect on a particular house will show where person will show Ego and Authority of things related to the house which is ruled by Sun through Leo Sign. Things which I still can’t cover – Although, I am trying to make it a detailed analysis of planetary aspects but I still can’t cover few things like dignity of planet involved, like exalted Sun aspecting 7th house from itself is different from debilitated Sun aspecting 7th house from itself, Sun conjunct with other planets, if there are planets in 7th house from Sun where it aspects, in which case those planets will aspect back at Sun and impact it, and planets aspecting Sun from other houses. That’s why, no matter how detailed analysis you do in Astrology, there are still few things uncovered and that just shows the limits of Human Efforts.
Now, let’s see the meaning and impact of Sun’s aspect through different houses for Scorpio Ascendant people.
Sun in 1st house – Sun is in Scorpio here. It shows that someone's life path, ego and authority in world develops because of his work, career and father. But as it is in sign of Scorpio, it shows that this ego and authority will go through some turmoil in early life. Actually, more they deal with turmoils in life successfully, more their confidence develops in life. Then Sun's aspect on 7th house shows that they will show-off ego and authority of their Career to Other People/Masses/Relations. It also shows someone may be a Businessman in Career. In this case, Masses can bear the ego of person, but relations will suffer.
Sun in 2nd house – Sun will be in Sagittarius. This shows that person's ego, authority and confidence develops when he deals with matters of Higher Education and takes care of Family and Wealth issues. It shows someone in Career related to higher education. As he manages his family matters, his confidence develops. Then he shows same ego of wealth and higher education to in-laws and other people with Sun's aspect on 8th house. Again, masses may bear the heat but relationships with in-laws will be ruined.
Sun in 3rd house – Now, Sun is in Capricorn, i.e. enemy sign. It shows person's ego, authority and career will be developed when he deals with Business, Self-Effort etc. This clearly shows a career which is going into Business but as Sun is in enemy sign, it will take up to 30s to realize the true Career Path. As Sun's aspect the 9th house, these people have great command over the matters of Higher Education, Religion and Philosophy. This leads to Ego Battles with Teachers as they think they know better than their Teachers.
Sun in 4th house – Here, Sun is again in enemy sign Aquarius ruled by Saturn. This shows someone's Career, Ego and Authority developing by working in Large Organisations or by Social Welfare. They get good authority and respect at home but later in life as Sun is still in enemy sign. Sun's aspect on 10th house of Career also shows a good authority and Career as Sun aspects back at its own sign. It shows much stability in Career. This ensures his authority at work place and benefits from Govt, Authority and Bosses.
Sun in 5th house – Here, Sun is in Pisces. This shows someone developing his Career, Ego and Authority in matters of Creativity or Education. We can understand them as real authoritarian teachers. Sun's aspect on 11th house ensures their gains and income through 5th house matters but it also shows that relations with elder sibling, friends and networking circles etc will be spoilt due to show of ego. So, person may be careful about it.
Sun in 6th house – Now, Sun is exalted. This obviously shows a person who gains authority, ego & confidence by serving in high authority positions in Govt Sector. As Sun is exalted, it is dignified ego. They have clear control over their colleagues and they show their authority at work in Foreign Lands/Foreign Companies or other 12th house matters with aspect on 12th house. So, their authority is either at Foreign Companies or in Govt Sector but in Foreign Lands.

Sun in 8th house – Sun will be in Gemini here. It shows that person will be in Career related to Research or Serving People through Communications. 8th house energy remains as is, which means person's career goes through Sudden ups/down. That's how his ego develops in life by dealing with ups/downs of life. Then Sun's aspect on 2nd house shows that person demands same respect and authority from Family, which he gains with time.
Sun in 9th house – Here, Sun is in Cancer. This shows a person in Career related to Higher Education, Law or Nourishing People. They can be Teachers and Professors in Colleges. This also shows troubled relations with siblings and cousins due to their authoritative speech.

Sun in 11th house – Sun will be in Virgo here. This shows that person gains out of his authority at his career and work, which develops his ego and confidence. This also shows a person in authoritative position at Large Organizations & in works related to analysis and details. The ego develops here due to gains and recognition, which gets thrown at 5th house of children and loved ones. This may benefit person out of creativity and education, but relations may get spoilt.
Sun in 12th house – Sun is debilitated here in Libra. It shows that someone faces losses in his Career due to Father or False Ego. This also shows loss to Father. Here, person's ego takes a beating early in life and develops slowly. As 12th house is house of imagination, Sun is Creativity, they are better to follow a career in a creative field. That's where they will get authority. They will also get authority when they move to a Foreign Lands. With aspect on 6th house, they try to show authority to their colleagues at work place. As Sun is debilitated, it can not be a dignified ego in early life, hence their ego display gets crushed here. With time, they develop their ego and confidence.
Ego will remain a factor with Sun, no matter it is exalted or debilitated. Exalted Sun only means a dignified Ego but once it is displayed, you can’t control the way people take it.
