Capricorn is ruled by Saturn and that's why it represents Fear and Anxiety.
When Moon comes into the sign of Capricorn, this is a disciplined and law-abiding mind. Capricorn is sign of law and order. It is ruled by Saturn which represents fear. So, they can be very fearful of law which makes them very law-abiding. They also look for high position and authority in life. They would like to work for Govt. Even socially, they want to have good fame and image. They can be very hard working and persevered for their aims. As Capricorn is original 10th house of horoscope, which represents competitive world outside home and hard labor, these people are normally very serious in nature.
As Moon also represents Mother, relationship with mother also becomes very serious and realistic and mother can be very strict by nature. .
As always, Moon's role in Capricorn can be effected by the nakshatra Moon is in. Like, if Moon is in Uttar-Ashadha Nakshatra, we have to look at Sun's position as Uttar-Ashadha's lord is Sun. If Moon is in Shravana Nakshatra, it will be somehow little comfortable as it is its own Nakshatra. Likewise, in Dhanishtha Nakshatra, its lord Mars' position is going to impact Moon.
Again, as discussed above, Saturn's position is going to decide how Moon is going to behave in this sign, more so because Moon and Saturn are enemies.
