If Jupiter is in Swati Nakshatra, then Swati's lord Rahu will impact Jupiter's result. Similarly, if Jupiter is in Vishakha Nakshatra, then Jupiter is in its own Nakshatra.
Now, the biggest make or break situation with this placement will come with Venus position as Venus is lord of Libra. So, if Jupiter is in Libra and Venus is placed in Virgo, that's when person may find lots of obstacles and troubles as Venus is in its Debilitated sign in Virgo. On the other hand if Venus is in Libra itself along with Jupiter or in Pisces, then it is a much better scenario for Jupiter to work. That's why it is most important to read a chart on a whole.
