Planet as House Lords - Libra Ascendant

As requested, we will see Libra ascendant today for the series where we will try to link houses with house lords for every ascendant. I won’t cover the basics as to what each house or each planets represent. Also, it is solely based on the houses involved and connection between them through house lords. We are not going to discuss planetary positions in chart.

It is interesting that Libra is sign of balance but generally a Libra ascendant person lives the more imbalanced life. It is because the whole chart of Libra ascendant is upside down. 1st house is natural house of Aries sign and they have Libra sign there which is natural 7th house energy. So, they seek their individuality through others and relationship. 7th house is natural house of Libra sign and they have Aries sign there which is natural 1st house energy. So, they like to have a relationship with those who can make them realize their individuality or uniqueness. 4th house is natural house of Cancer sign but they have Capricorn sign there which is natural 10th house energy. So, their Mother is Father-like. And 10th house is natural house of Capricorn sign but they have Cancer sign there which is natural 4th house energy. So, their Father may be Mother-like. Like this, every house has a sign which is exactly opposite energy. So they are approaching or trying to achieve the things related to a house in an exactly opposite way of the house involved. Hence, it leads to much confusion and imbalance in life. It is their duty in life to strike a balance in their lives.

Sun rules 11th house/Leo and Moon rules 10th house/Cancer. As they rule only one house, they don't link it with any other house. Still, we can get some indications from this. It shows that they can get authority, recognition and confidence in life by serving humanity through entrepreneurship. At the same time, they can get into ego conflicts with their friends or elder sibling. They should be in career where they can nourish and take care of others. So, commonly seen careers for them are teaching, counselling, healing, medicine and food industry. Any work where they make other people feel nourished.

Venus – It rules their 1st house/Libra and 8th house/Taurus. It links their life path with instability, ups and downs, and serving other people. It shows that they will grow in life only when they are serving people through own business. Every change will bring them growth. So, they should be receptive towards change in life. Any resistance to change will bring stress in life. Relations can be unstable too. It also shows a natural love towards occult and research oriented matters.

Mars – It rules 2nd house/Scorpio along with Ketu and 7th house/Aries. It shows that their best wealth would come by putting actions and efforts in business. It also shows a difficult or unstable relationship/family life. It also shows that there can be conflict between their family and their spouse. They can be very active or innovative in business matters.

Jupiter – It rules 3rd house/Sagittarius and 6th house/Pisces. It shows that their daily work life should be all about business by which they can share their knowledge and wisdom with others. They should be careful against Jupiter related illnesses like obesity, gall-bladder, arteries, liver etc. They can be good mediators, counsellors and teachers.

Saturn – It rules 4th house/Capricorn and 5th house/Aquarius. Their relationship with mother and home environment is difficult and it improves with time. At the same time, mother can play the role of the strict teacher in their life as Saturn also rules 5th house of education. Education and Love matters can be equally difficult for them. In both matters, they need to work really hard to get any benefits. They can be very creative as they are ruled by Venus but creativity will give benefits from their 30s as 5th house is ruled by Saturn-Rahu.

Mercury – It rules 9th house/Gemini and 12th house/Virgo. It shows that they travel a lot and their travelling can be to foreign lands. It also shows their ability to learn and collect information related with religion and spirituality. They can also travel to religious and spiritual places. Their siblings can stay far away from them.

Again, planetary position, dignity and dashas can change many a things here but foundation will remain like this.
