Manifestation

One of the most popular concept in today’s world is Concept of Manifestation. The same concept is popularly known as The Law of Attraction. It got more popularized by the Book by Linda Byrne named The Secret or by the Documentary by the same name. In this article, I am not going to talk much about the concept of Manifestation rather I would talk about why people think that this concept of manifestation doesn’t work or didn’t work in their lives? Let’s 1st understand the concept - Concept of Manifestation - As per my understanding, this concept simply says that Universe is generous and wants to see you happy. So, whatever you think is necessary for you to live a happy life, you can simply ask from Universe and it will be manifested in life. It works on the simple formula; i.e. Believe + Act + Receive = Manifestation. It looks like ridiculously easy as it means that I just need to believe in something which I want to have that I already have it and then start to work towards it and have it eventually. But then, it never happens so easily and this is where people say that Concept of Manifestation doesn’t work. My View - First of all, I certainly have faith in this Concept of Manifestation. Whatever I am today is the result of Concept of Manifestation. I started following Manifestation in 2013 to come into my own business and in 2015 I started my own business. Since then, I manifested many things in life. I would make a little change in the formula though through my experience of manifestation; i.e. Faith + Intent/Act + Receive = Manifestation. I feel that belief is very shallow thing, we can have belief in many different things. Faith is more profound and when we have Faith in something then it automatically gives birth to Intent and action which will lead to receiving the manifestation result. For example, In 2012, I was trying to get a job at Deloitte Hyderabad Office. It had 2 openings, for which applications from all over country were coming. But at that time, I had this thought in my mind that they have 2 openings but I don’t need 2 places, I need only one. So, what is the problem? I will get it. I would call this Faith rather than Belief as the opposite thought of “not getting job” never entered in my mind. I was so clear with this thought that anyhow I am getting that job. So, I would replace Faith instead of Belief. Then automatically person will act with intent and receive the results. Intent and Action are one and the same for me. Whatever we intend to do, actions happen automatically. If we are not taking actions in a particular matter then look honestly within, may be the intent itself is not there. Astrology & Manifestation - Then people can say that if Manifestation works and we can manifest anything then where does astrology or astrological chart stands? Well, you will be inclined towards manifesting only those things which your chart is allowing you to manifest. You won’t develop faith in other matters of life. Obstacles in Manifestation - But then people say that they are unable to manifest things or events in life despite following the process of manifestation. As I see, following are main reasons - 1. Relation - First of all, if you are trying to manifest a relation in your life then it is important that other person is also willing to manifest the same relation. Also, in societies like India, families take up a huge role in deciding about marriage. So, even if the guy and girl both are willing but the parents, who are in all powerful position over them, are not willing for the same marriage then it won’t manifest as everyone’s faith and intention is equally important. 2. Then another thing is that our priorities also change from the time when we try to manifest a relation to the time when the person gets manifested in life. For example, suppose a person is seeking Love or Lover in life and after sometime Lover manifests in life. But by that time, person’s preference of Lover changes and now he is looking for something else in Lover. So, existence manifested what you asked for but by that time, your priorities in life changed. So, it is not mistake of existence or process of manifestation. 3.Likewise, someone desired to get into their own work. Existence manifested the same by giving some ideas or by making him meet some people who have similar plans and by that time, person also have another option of making his career in Job Setup. Now, Job Setup looks more stable and steady to majority of people. So, now again, the priority of person is changing from the time he attempted to manifest to the time it got manifested. 4. As I see, these are the main reasons why a person may feel that concept of manifestation doesn’t work. Lack of Action or Intent - Another reason which I have seen which stops manifestation in mid-way is lack of intent/action by the person. Existence can manifest opportunity in front of you but it can’t take decisions and actions on your behalf. Those decisions would have to be taken by you only. Let’s understand through these examples again - 1. Relation - Suppose a person is trying hard to manifest Love or Lover in life and after sometime the Lover got manifested. But now, it is time to take decision and many a times this decision can be against conventions, traditions, cultures and societies. Like, in societies like India, Religion/Castes and Financial Status are still big conditions for marriage. Now, your Lover got manifested as you asked for him/her but what if your lover is not of your community or of the same financial status because when you initially asked for the Lover, you asked only for the Lover. All these conditions were never part of your manifestation wish. Now, Lover got manifested but now you have to take a decision which may not be as per the wishes of your society, community or as per your financial status. Now, just because you are unable to take an unpopular decision, it doesn’t mean that manifestation doesn’t work. 2. Career - Similarly, if people, who want to be independent, are unable to take a decision of letting-go of their job despite being opportunity or ideas presented right in front of them then accept that you are timid rather than blaming it on process of manifestation. 3. Similarly for other manifestations in your life. Conclusion - Understand that Universe or Existence can only present an opportunity by process of manifestation but after that decision and actions are to be taken by the person himself. Existence cannot take decision on your behalf and cannot act on your behalf and as I said, if there is really an intent to manifest something or someone in life, person will definitely take an action. Lack of action only shows the lack of intent. So, the formula of Faith + Intent/Action + Receive = Manifestation is not as simple as it looks like. Hope this helps. Thanks,
