Normally Moola is connected with occult, mystical or spiritual side of life, so one generic interpretation of Ketu in Moola can be someone who is too good with occult, mystical or spiritual side of life as Ketu also represents similar things. Moola is represented by roots and it represents any kind of research work. So, Ketu in Moola can show a person who collects more and more information through research oriented activities and then he would like to share that information or knowledge with others. Now, it can be any type of research, i.e. medical, technical, and financial or as we discussed, the occult/spiritual side of it.

As Ketu itself represents separation, split, break-up etc, if Ketu is getting involved in relationship matters in a chart, it is never a good placement. Person will be feeling separated in relationship either physically or mentally or both ways.
