Pisces is sign of imagination, other world, sub-conscious mind, spirituality, occult matters etc. Saturn is known to delay these aspects in the sign of Pisces. Likewise, if Saturn is in last nakshatra of Revati, then its lord Mercury's position would impact Saturn.
