Saturn is all that which we don't like in our life. Saturn is delay, frustration, restriction, limitation and anxiety. It is hard-work and labor. It is people of authority, like boss at your work place or father-figure at home. Saturn is Master and Servant both (depends on who uses Saturn in what way). Saturn is our Karmic debt from life. Saturn is the things we didn't treat too well in our past life. Saturn is our challenges and lessons of life. Saturn is old-age, teeth in human body, diseases, transformation etc. Saturn is discipline, organisation, structure, government, law & order etc.
Aries is the 1st sign of zodiac belt, so it represents the things and energy of 1st house of horoscope like Self, Personality etc. Besides that, Aries is the sign of our individuality, our aggression, our actions, our competitive ability etc. Aries is ruled by Mars and it is consisted of 2 and half Nakshatras named Ashwini, Bharani and Krittika.
So, 1st thing related with this placement is Saturn is Debilitated in Aries, it means it is weak in Aries sign. Further, it is weakest at 20 degrees of Aries.
Now, the question comes as to why it is the weakest in Aries?
So, there are a few reasons. Saturn represents Servants and like to serve people but Aries is the sign of Ego. A Servant can't have Ego. Hence, Saturn is debilitated here.
So, when Saturn is in Aries then person will have to 1st accept that there is a problem then we can look for solutions. In whichever house it is falling, person will have life long struggles in achieving things related to that house. Most of the results can be seen only after mid-30s. Person will have to make continuous repetitive actions in those matters. Things will come but only with immense hard work and perseverance. In early life, that house is almost dead. But it improves in 30s. All it does is that it makes person extra hard working. As Saturn represents bones and teeth, this can give them weak bones or teeth. They can be accident prone. Only thing to remember here is not to try to get something really quickly. Things will happen but with delay and hard work.
Again, the nakshatra Saturn is in, will have great say in Saturn's functioning, When it is in Ashwini Nakshatra, the results of Saturn will be impacted by Ketu's position in horoscope as Ketu is lord of Ashwini. If it is in Bharani Nakshatra, then Saturn is in Venus nakshatra and we need to check Venus position. Similarly, If it is in Krittika Nakshatra, then results of Saturn will be impacted by Sun's position in horoscope as Sun is lord of Krittika.
As stated above, Mars is lord of Aries, hence Mars is going to have biggest impact on Saturn's working here.
